Skin Preperation

We recommend preparing the skin with topical vitamin A, B & C to reduce the risk of adverse reactions and undesired outcomes from occurring.

Preparing your skin will optimise cellular function and communication for optimal results.

Ensure you have had no botox, fillers, IPL, laser or resurfacing treatments 2 weeks prior to your peel.

Avoid exfoliants, sun exposure and topical retinol 3 days prior to your peel.

Contraindications

Not recommended for hyper-sensitive skin, eczema, peri-oral dermatitis, dry or compromised barriers.

If you are currently on any group of Tetracycline antibiotics peels are not advised.

Post Treatment

Various post-treatment responses may occur, dependent on the type of peel and your skin response. Most clients will experience some immediate mild erythema, warmth, prickling of the skin and possible minor flaking a few days after the peel.

Home Care

Avoid sun exposure and ensure you wear physical mineral solar protection SPF 30+ Broad spectrum sun screen daily.

Immediately following a peel treatment and until all signs of inflammation have subsided, it’s imperative to continue with your Synergie protective balm to support the recover of your skins surface lipid film.

Do NOT swim in chlorinated pools or spa 48hrs post peel, do NOT use saunas or induce sweating 48hrs post treatment.

Do NOT have a peel, laser or IPL treatment 2 weeks pre or post peel.
